General Information:
SXJS-Dielectric Loss Tester is a new generation, fully automatic measure dielectric loss(tgδ)and the capacitance (Cx) of electric equipment. It's suitable for testing on transformer, insulating bush, capacitor, CT/PT, MOA and etc.
Features:
1. Precise Anti-Interference: Frequency conversion anti-interference ensures accurate, stable measurements even under 200% interference (ideal for on-site dielectric loss testing). High precision via digital waveform analysis and bridge self-calibration.

2. Low Resistance Design: Full-range input resistance <2Ω, eliminating auxiliary capacitance effects of tested cables.
3. Multi-Level Safety Protection: 1.2.3-level protection includes HV cut-off on short circuit/breakdown, LV overvoltage protection (misconnected 380V, power fluctuations), grounding protection (no HV output if poor), overcurrent protection; CVT has 4-fold HV/LV limits, no excitation voltage on misoperation, no 10kV HV during CVT tests.

4. Anti-Misoperation: Dual power switches, real-time voltage/current monitoring (requires repeated confirmation). Separated HV/LV terminals, smooth boosting/rapid reduction, with sound-light alarm.

5. Practical Functions: Resists "capacity lifting" (auto-stabilizes voltage for large-capacity samples); insulated hipot HV cable; robust/anti-shake for long transport.

6. Multi-Mode Adaptability: Supports positive/negative connection, internal/external standard capacitance/HV (no external gear needed); built-in series/parallel dielectric loss modes.

7. Convenient Operation and Expansion: Large backlit LCD, English menu, auto-identifies sample type (capacitive/inductive/resistive); built-in printer, 255 data groups. Standard oil cup/leads for insulation oil testing; external electrodes for insulation materials, external standard capacitance for HV dielectric loss.

8. Power Supply and Compatibility: Auto-identifies 50/60Hz, supports generators (works with frequency fluctuations); compatible with 40-70Hz external HV sources (power frequency, variable frequency, series resonance) for large-capacity HV testing.

9. CVT-Specific Functions: Self-excitation testing: measures C1/C2 capacitance and dielectric loss in one test; 220kV CVT with grounded bus allows 10kV negative connection testing of C11 without wire removal.

10.Communication and Integration: RS232 port supports PC control, data processing, report export, software updates; integrable into HV test vehicles.
