The SXDJ is applied for ex-work and after maintaining testing on AC motor, DC motor and variable frequency motor with which capacity of 0-10000kW and voltage degree 0-10kV.
The system is integrated with industry PC, power source system, controlling system, sensor, signal adjusting module, data sampling hardware & software, numerical computing software, graphical display & operation software, test report generating, waveform & measuring results storage and printing software.

For HV motor of capacity 630kW-9000kW, voltage 6kV-10000V, it is needed to be equipped with 10kV booster, 10kV HV CT/PT and etc.

General Information.
This system is mainly applied for the routine testing on 300KW three phase motor.
The system is consisted by two parts:
With 300kW regulator and 300kW transformer as frond system power source.
System measuring control part adopts high-precision electrical parameters test unit to meet the precision electrical measurement requirements on various models/levels motors.
- Main components using well-known brands: Schneider.
System features:
- To complete the 300kW /110V/240V/415V motor no-load test, no-load loss, three-phase voltage unbalance test, DC winding resistance test, turn-to-turn voltage withstand test, insulation resistance and power frequency voltage withstand test.
- Measurement parameters display, measurement parameters menu display, parameter setting.
- All the test data can be displayed and printed out.
- High quality SCM processor, unique scientific algorithms for data computing and processing, analog-digital conversion using high-speed fast A/D converter, the analog signal conditioning also uses the current advanced processing technology, TO provide the necessary conditions for the high performance, high precision and high reliability of the system.
- PLC & manual controlled. The multilevel menu can guide you complete the test step by step.
