Performance

DC resistance measurement of transformer winding is an essential test during transformer delivery, repair and changing tapping switch. Usually, it is a time consuming task to use traditional methods (bridge method and voltage step down method) to measure transformer winding and DC resistance of high-power inductive device. In order to change this situation: shorten measurement time and reduce the staff's workflow, our company has developed DC resistance rapid tester.

Features:

1.The whole machine is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, with a high degree of automation and easy operation.
2.The instrument adopts a new power supply technology, with multiple current gears and a wide measurement range. It can automatically select the current according to the load, which is suitable for DC resistance measurement of small and medium-sized transformers and voltage transformers.
3.The protection function is perfect, which can reliably protect the impact of the back electromotive force on the instrument, and the performance is more reliable.
4.It has an audible discharge alarm, clear discharge indication, and reduces misoperation.
5.Fast response speed, can directly convert the on-load tap changer in the measurement state, and the instrument automatically refreshes the data.
6.Intelligent power management technology, the instrument always works in a lower power state, effectively reducing the internal heating of the instrument and saving energy.
7.The instrument has built-in power-off storage, which can store 1000 sets of test data and can be checked at any time.
