Product introduction

The AC Impedance Tester for Generator Rotors is a dedicated instrument for determining whether there is an inter-turn short circuit in generator rotor windings. It is capable of fully automatic and manual (unidirectional or bidirectional) measurement of parameters such as voltage, current, impedance, power, and phase angle of rotor windings.
Adopting advanced high-speed microprocessor technology, the AC Impedance Tester for Generator Rotors boasts more powerful functions, superior performance, and easier operation. It is characterized by high working reliability, simple operation, high testing accuracy, as well as compact portability. Currently, it is at the leading level in China.

Features:

It automatically collects, measures, displays, stores and prints all measured parameters and impedance characteristic curves (voltage, current, impedance, power, frequency, equipment number, time, etc.) in a fully automatic manner.
It automatically collects the real-time rotational speed of the generator (supported by a rotational speed sensor), generates rotational speed-impedance characteristic curves based on the rotational speed, and comprehensively reflects the impedance state of the transformer.
It has an ultra-wide measuring range and is capable of fully automatic and manual measurement of AC impedance and characteristic curves of all generator rotors.
Equipped with a built-in large-capacity memory, it can store test data and upload the data to a PC via a standard industrial communication interface (RS232). With the random software developed by our company, data downloading, automatic generation and editing of typical test reports can be realized, facilitating technical management and filing.
It is provided with complete over-voltage and over-current protection functions. The over-current and over-voltage protection values are automatically adjusted according to the settings of test parameters, which is not only simple and convenient but also ensures the safety of the tested equipment.
It can also be used for no-load and short-circuit tests of single-phase transformers, as well as volt-ampere characteristic tests of voltage (current) transformers and arc suppression coils.
It comes with a large-screen graphic LCD, a full-Chinese menu interface and cursor prompt operation, which is simple and easy to use. It displays test data and curves in real time, with automatic scaling of curve coordinates for clearer reading. 
It is integrated with a built-in micro-printer that can print AC impedance test reports and AC impedance characteristic curves in real time.
