Performance

The electrical integrity of the grounding device refers to the grounding device should be grounded between the various electrical equipment, the grounding device of the various parts and the electrical connectivity between the equipment, that is, the DC resistance value, also known as electrical conductivity. Power equipment grounding lead wire and ground network is reliable, effective connection is the fundamental guarantee of the safe operation of the equipment. Grounding lead is the connection part of the power equipment and ground network, in the long operation of power equipment, the connection may be affected by moisture and other factors, node corrosion, or even fracture and other phenomena, resulting in increased resistance of the grounding lead and the main grounding network connection point, which can not meet the requirements of the electric power regulations, so that the equipment in the operation of the existence of insecure hidden danger, will cause serious equipment out of ground operation. Grounding device underground grounding electrode and its connection part may also appear corrosion, or even fracture phenomenon. Therefore, regular electrical integrity testing of grounding devices is necessary.

Power industry standard DL/T475-2006 "Measurement Guidelines for Characteristic Parameters of Earthing Devices" stipulates that the electrical conductivity should be measured by a specialized instrument with a resolution of 1mΩ and an accuracy of not less than 1.0 level.The instrument developed by our company according to the standard is a portable tester with high degree of automation, which is specially used for the electrical integrity test of grounding device, and its technical indexes have reached or are better than the requirements of relevant standards.
